The territory of the settlement of chronicle Zvenyhorod
A visit to the reserve is a journey through the Zvenyhorod Valley, where there was one of the largest princely cities in the 11th-13th centuries in what is now Ukraine. The reserve manages an archaeological site with an area of over 32 hectares. Today, the area is open to the public, both for independent and guided visits. Anyone can walk along the paths to the places where the prince's palace, boyar and craftsmen's quarters once stood, as well as climb the citadel, the most fortified place in medieval Zvenyhorod, from which its development began. We invite you to a fascinating journey through space and time, and the stories our guides tell will make it especially interesting.
